At Aquila, we invest in category-defining B2B/B2G software companies globally, acting as a thought-partner, striving for the success of our companies in the long term. We are a well-managed, profitable company that operates like a startup with the financial backing of a parent company. For our people, this means limitless possibilities.
We are versatile; we pivot to respond to the needs of the multiple markets we operate in. We have ambitious goals, and we’re looking for genuine contributors with integrity, energy, flexibility, and loyalty. We are investing in building future leaders who can take an idea and make things happen.
Who we service
LendSuite Software provides solutions to help small-dollar lenders in the consumer finance industry. Our solutions in lend tech enable non-bank lenders to offer credit via non-collateralized loans typically ranging from $200 - $800.
With clients in North America, LendSuite is well-positioned for our future planned growth and your success. Reporting to the CEO of LendSuite Software, we are looking for a Program Manager that will be a driving force of forward momentum by leading product innovation projects across the LendSuite businesses. You will be at the front line in driving long-term business value by managing cross functional initiatives that deliver on strategic objectives.
If you enjoy driving alignment between teams and business leaders to provide software solutions to real world business problems, then this is the place for you.
What's in it for you
Career growth. This is an opportunity for a future leader - as a director at LendSuite, or within Constellation Software Group - to be a key player on an incredible team as we execute our growth strategy. You will learn the best business practices and gain exposure amongst some of the software industry’s top professionals.
Impact. As you deepen your understanding of our LendSuite Software ecosystem, you will drive strategic alignment and efficiency across LendSuite. By streamlining initiatives and fostering collaboration, you will accelerate innovation, optimize operations, and directly contribute to our goal of doubling our growth in the next 3-5 years.
Security. As we enter economic uncertainty, we know it can be hard to consider a career move, but at LendSuite Software, we want you to know that we are stable with expert leaders at the helm, and we are committed to the people who join us.
What you will do:
· Programs & Solutions. You will work across LendSuite’s businesses to drive strategic programs that create greater value for our clients and vendors. Learn the current offerings, identify synergies, and align initiatives to maximize impact.
· Initiatives. LendSuite has numerous planned initiatives that require coordination and execution. Identify opportunities, document progress, and collaborate with stakeholders to push them over the finish line.
· Projects. Whether leading cross-company initiatives or product enhancements, your main responsibility is to ensure projects stay on track. Tenacity and persistence will be key to delivering results.
· Collaboration. You will engage with internal teams to gather insights and, over time, expand your role to work directly with clients and vendor partners to drive alignment.
· Strategy. LendSuite is focused on long-term success. Some systems need modernization to support the next decade of growth, and your role will be to help shape and execute that vision.
What you bring:
· Experience. You have 8+ years of success in managing projects with software solutions. You are comfortable working with different team members and are not shy about getting things done without stepping on toes.
· Drive. You enjoy the fruits of the labor and work hard to get things over the finish line. You have a deep appreciation for diversity and welcome different perspectives and approaches.
· An organized and professional approach. You take a consultative, ROI-focused tact to projects being mindful of costs and expenses, with priority on projects that generate revenue.
· Flexibility. You are willing and able to travel up to 10% of the time.
